BACKGROUND
Subodh Prasad Foundation was established in 2008 and was registered in 2009 to realize the dream of Late Shri Subodh Prasad. His dream was to build up such an organization that would work for the overall human development by establishing Orphanages with school for street children, Old Age Home for the senior citizens abandoned by their children or who are below poverty line and do not have any kind of support from the society, Providing Nutritious food to the children living in the JJ clusters in Delhi-NCR, Establishment of schools & colleges for the children of special need. Providing Education & Awareness to the urban poor. Rehabilitation centres for the destitute women & creating awareness among the masses for prevention of HIV/AIDS.
In his memory and to fulfil his dreams, his son, Dhiraj Prasad along with his core team established the trust - SPF to serve as an intellectual nerve center for the upliftment of the weaker section of the Society.
